I spent my Christmas vacation at this hotel and it was fantastic. The swimming pool was the best aspect of the hotel, with a designated area for kids to swim. The location of the hotel was perfect, very central and close to many attractions. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with free Wi-Fi and a nice view of the city. the breakfast buffet was a great deal, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, which led to poor service. No one welcomed us when we arrived and we had to drag our luggage to our room by ourselves.
